Dear Self,
I know that you've never baked from scratch by yourself before. Sure, you've had help from other friends & family members, who've shown you how to bake. But you've always been to nervous to suck at it to try it on your own. You can do it. Especially now that you have a pretty pink mixer to do it with.. Ahh... can't wait.
