Simply heartit...
In my dream world, I'd be able to wake up to water outside my house, and I'd do just this. It doesn't have to be the ocean... It could be a lake, a river, a pond...Just a body of water. I'm a water baby and theres something sooo thereputic for me when it comes to water. I feel like it flushes my soul of the stress I go through & I'm able to breath again. This, is heaven.
Puppies, need no explanation as to why I love them. I mean, really? They are perfect. Their cute little bodies, their curiosity, their breath, kisses & playfullness... Little darlings...xoxo
Perfect idea. Out door reading space in the middle nowhereness? Yesssssssssss...I vote for having a rug though... you know that straw is hurting this girls feets.
*swwwoooooon* Vintage cameras, old quilt, picnic basket, soda in a BOTTLE, fruit & books...This picture makes me sad that its already 7:01pm because I want to go sit outside right now and just be.
Miley, is a doll. I mean not the Hannah Montana version - the almost adult version. How cute is she? Coming of age and blossoming in to one of the most beautiful girls ever, shes just darling. :)

Simply a weird little camera...
This, my lovelies, is my newest find. Its a Kodak DiSK 4100 camera... It takes some odd little discs instead of film. Now granted, this isn't a super old camera by any means, but how fun & quirky is it? hmmm? Very :) I got it at the Goodwill today for $1.99. Just another lovely little camera to add to my collection which I've decided shall SOON be displayed on new (old shelves i bought at value village that I'm going to spray paint black) shelves in my living room. :)
Simply make up...
I went to ulta today... I participate in the ulta rewards program & I was level 10, so I was able to get TWO freebies from the Ulta rewards points. But wait... it gets better...
Here are the two items I chose. Level 6 offered a free fragrance up to a $45.00 value, so I chose "Very Hollywood" by Michael Kors. Its lovely, fruity, sweet & nice. Next, from level 4, I chose the ulta brand liquid foundation. I am leary of trying a store brand make up, but I hope its quality. I'll let you know. :)
Then, I purchased some additional items, which totalled more than $18 out of the Ulta brand, so THEN I got this free make up set & bag, for FREE :) Its an $89.00 value, free. It includes a free bag, mirror, two nail polishes, two eye shaddow kits, lip stick, lip gloss, eye liner in brown & black, bronzer, blush and a set of make up brushes. Score. :)
THEN, since I bought (got for free with my rewards) the Michael Kors fragrance, I got to pick out a FREE rolling travel bag. How adorable is this thing? Its the perfect size to carry all of my make up and hair stuff and some accessories too.
Finally, here are the other products that I purchased. Eye lashes for the GaGa concert, blush, smokey eye shadow colors, eye liner, mascara, lip stick x 2, nail polish & bronzer.
Simply thrifty...
Ok so, I've been finding amazing finds at the thrift stores lately... I mean, AMAZINGLY GOOD prices and quality stuff! Today, I needed to run to errands. One to the Goodwill & one to Ulta. The reason I was going to the goodwill is because I wanted to find some cute little red shoes to wear with my outfit for the LADY GAGA concert, this upcoming Saturday. I'm happy to report, I found TWO pairs that I love! I also found a cute pair of robins egg blue heels, some roxy slip on flats & an adorably embellished pair of flip flops...
Next, I thought, well gosh, I have all these cute shoes, MAYBE, by chance, they'll actually have some cute dresses that fit me. SCORE! They did...
I just love this tunic. I'm going to pair it with a pair of leggings and yellow heels... *swoon*! $4.00
I want to add too, this is something that I normally shouldn't purchase, because its a couple sizes too big. Right? WRONG! I should buy it because even though its actually a shirt for a larger woman, I will wear it as a tunic/dress. :) Try things on. If you like the print, it just might work for you if you're creative. I just love this.
Ok, how cute is this? Pardon my girls kinda hanging out the top there! I love this little black dress. Believe it or not, until just now, I didn't own a simple little black dress. This one is so comfortable because its 100% cotton. the length is perfect too. Its not embellished what-so-ever so it would be super easy to combine with a lot of different things to make multiple outfits. I love it. :)
I am in love with the romantic look a vintage type dress has too it. This picture doesn't flatter the dress very well, but it has beautiful little pleats all the way around it and its like a robins egg moss color. This would be very cute with a belt around it & I own the perfect belt & the dress would go beautifully with the new shoes that I purchased up above!
Um, HELLO! Purple-y-ish dress? LOVES IT!

Simply one of my collections...
Eeee! I bought this little guy today. $1.99 at my local Value Village. Can you BELIEVE that price?! It comes with the neck strap and a leather minolta travel case. The cool thing about it? Its one of the few vintage cameras that I own that actually takes 35mm film! YAY! Most of my vintage cameras take types of film that are not manufactured any longer.
My goal? To take this puppy out and test it this weekend! Then take it to costco 1 hour, get it developed and see what kind of fun pictures I was able to come up with.

Simply accept yourself already...
I am over weight.
Thats right. I'm 5 foot 3 and pretty much weight twice as much as I should for a girl my height. I've hated myself for it for years. To the point where I wouldn't go swimming, because I thought people would laugh at me. I wouldn't walk, because I thought people would automatically assume that because im fat, I'll fail at my obvious attempt at weight loss. But recently, I'm learning and trying to just love myself and embrase who I am while trying to have a healthier life style. I've lost 9 lbs in about a month or so and I'm going to just keep up at this pace in hopes that in the long run, I'll be happier and healthier. In the mean time, theres something to say about fat girl fashion. We dont have a lot of choices. That makes a hard to love what you're wearing when you can't always participate in the latest fashions. But, there are some websites out there that offer me some encouragement...

How cute is this & how adorable would it be paired with some leggings even and some cute earrings & bracelets? Its from Sizestofit .
They also have this high waist millenium skirt. How cute with a tucked in white top, right? Its also from Sizestofit .
The above black skirt with this top, would be adorable. It comes in mustard (shown) and black. It is also from http://www.sizestofit.com/ .
I'm resisting buying these three items, for now... ;)
Simply Sunday...
Ok soooo... this weekend has been rough. Last night, my pipes got clogged causing sewage to back up and pour out of the toilet, bathtub and kitchen sink! It was truely awful. I was sure to wash & clean everything before bed last night the best i could. This morning I woke up and cleaned some more. I had the plumber come out and he ended up fixing everything. Now I feel like I completely wasted away my Saturday. But, it hasn't been a complete waste...
I stumbled across this blog: Honeybeeinthecity . I LOVE love LOVE her style... Her clothes? SO cute. Her hair? BEAUTIFUL.
I just adore her :) I'm so happy when I find new blogs to follow!

Simply Beautiful Lady Gaga...
OOooooh Gaga... I can't even wait to see you next month... Your so fabulous.
xoxo,
Your best lil'monster at the Tacoma concert
Its simply TIME to get healthy & beautiful...
Heres me, 2 weeks after starting 2 major life style changes:
- CUT THE SHIT OUT OF YOUR DIET
- MOVE YOUR ASS
Today I went to the grocery store today in search of some tasty treats for the week. I have cut sodas out of my diet completely & have MAJORLY cut down on my number one morning ritual: starbucks lattes. Instead, I try to drink tons of water and I wanted to find some healthy, yummy fruit juices that I could have for snacks that didn't have a lot of sugar in them and were high in vitamins. I found 4 different kinds to try so far, so lets hope that helps me kick the latte indulgence all together. :) Well, except maybe once a week. Thats not soooo bad...
I got so much healthy stuff... grapes, cherries, avacado, mangos, apples, melon, veggie meats, radishes, etc... It just shocks me how expensive it all is. Oh well. Totally worth it in the end.

Simply Easter...
"Easter says you can put the truth in the grave, but it wont stay there..."
-Clarence W. Hall

I woke up this morning about 6:00 am because I was thinking of everything I needed to do, but here I am, 7:19 am still on the computer. That doesn't make a lot of sense now does it? :) My parents and Ogie (their adorable puppy) are coming down for dinner. So far we'll be having;
- Pork Loin
- Beer Bread
- Asparagus
- Mashed Potatos
Red Velvet cake with Cream Cheese frosting
It should be a great day... I'll try to take pictures & upload them for you all later today. I hope you have a happy & safe easter. Tell the ones you love that you love them!

Simply Reading...

"I will study & get ready & someday my chance will come..."
- A. Lincoln
Soo... did you know?
I love vampire books? I know...kinda nerdy right? Oh well... ;)
I went to Costco today, and I bought "Abraham Lincoln - Vampire Hunter" by Seth Grahame-Smith. He is a New York Times bestselling author who also wrote "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies", which I have yet to read. If I end up loving this book, I'm sure that one will be next on my list.
So far, the book is really interesting. Its about a man who obtains 10 journals written by Abe Lincoln from the time he was a child until the time of his death, including hunting vampires. So far, I'm about 70 pages in to the book. I'll probably read more tonight. Its just now getting to the vampire parts so I'm sure I wont be able to put it down soon...

"The best way to destroy an enemy is to make him a friend..."
